    As a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over 15 years of experience at industry-leading firms like Morgan Stanley, ADP, and MarshMcLennan Companies, I've dedicated my career to connecting exceptional individuals with opportunities that ignite their potential.

    Driven by a deep-seated passion for empowering members of the D9, I've poured my heart and expertise into creating the D9 Emerging Leaders Fellowship. This groundbreaking initiative is my life's work, a testament to my unwavering belief in the power of mentorship, coaching, and community to uplift professionals of color and equip them with the tools they need to thrive.

    André G. Early is a seasoned leader dedicated to empowering early-career professionals. As Vice President of Programming for the D9 Emerging Leaders Fellowship, he brings a wealth of experience from roles such as Founder and CEO of Early Impact Empowerment Group, LLC., Deputy Commissioner for Westchester County Parks, Recreation, and Conservation, and Commissioner of Community Resources for Greenburgh. A graduate of Hampton University and Mercy University, with a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification from the University of South Florida, André is a passionate advocate for the next generation.
