 FAQs

  • Current undergraduate students entering their junior or senior year of a 4-year undergraduate institution and graduate students who are members of a D9 organization are eligible to apply.

  • We seek candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to service, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and a passion for finance. We also consider GPA, but it is not the sole determining factor in our selection process.

  • Applications are accepted through our online portal. The application requires a resume, personal statement, academic transcripts, and letters of recommendation.

  • The application deadline is July 31. We encourage you to apply early as spaces are limited.

  • After the application deadline, our selection committee will review all applications and select finalists for interviews. Final decisions will be announced by August 30th.

  • You will be paired with experienced finance professionals from various sectors who will provide guidance, support, and insights into the finance industry. Coaches will help you develop your financial skills, set career goals, and navigate challenges.

  • You will have opportunities to visit financial institutions, participate in financial modeling workshops, attend seminars on investment strategies, and network with leaders in the finance field.

  • In some cases, academic credit may be available through your educational institution. We encourage you to discuss this with your academic advisor.
