  • Current undergraduate students entering their junior or senior year of a 4-year undergraduate institution and graduate students who are members of a D9 organization are eligible to apply.

  • We seek candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to service, and outstanding academic and personal qualities. We also consider GPA, but it is not the sole determining factor in our selection process.

  • Applications are accepted through our online portal. The application requires a resume, personal statement, academic transcript, and letters of recommendation.

  • The application deadline is July 30th. We encourage you to apply early as spaces are limited.

  • After the application deadline, our selection committee will review all applications and select finalists for interviews. Final decisions will be announced by August 30th.

  • You will be paired with experienced healthcare professionals who will provide guidance, support, and insights into the healthcare industry. Coaches will help you develop your leadership skills, set career goals, and navigate challenges.

  • You will have opportunities to shadow healthcare professionals, attend workshops and seminars, and participate in networking events with leaders in the healthcare field.

  • In some cases, academic credit may be available through your educational institution. We encourage you to discuss this with your academic advisor.

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to explore your interests and passions within healthcare. We will work with you to customize your fellowship experience to align with your career goals.
